The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 August 2007.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to hygienic requirements in the production, processing and marketing of foodstuff. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Definition of terms (2); General hygienic requirements (3); Vocational training (4); Requirements for supply oof small quantities of certain primary products (5); Production of certain traditional foodstuff (6); Article (7) is deleted; Hygienic requirements for the transportation of raw sugar in marine ships (8); Export authorisation (9); Administrative offences (10). Three Annexes are enclosed as follows: Requirements for special know-how in foodstuff hygiene (1); Requirements for the sale of small amounts of primary products (2); Traditional foodstuff (3).
