Food supplements may be placed on the market as long as they comply with the requirements hereby established. They shall be delivered to the ultimate consumer only in a prepackaged form. The following Schedules are attached: (I) Vitamins and minerals which may be used in the manufacture of food supplements; (II) Vitamins and mineral substances which may be used in the manufacture of food supplements; (III) Maximum permitted levels and guidance levels for vitamins and minerals; (IV) Illustrative list of categories of substances other than nutrients which may be present in food supplements; (V) Guidance body weights per age bracket.
