Abstract

These Regulations, which apply in relation to England only, further amend the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/1763 as already amended), which extend to the whole of Great Britain. Paragraphs 6 and 7 of Schedule 1A of the Regulations are revoked.
