Abstract

These Regulations introduce the general obligation to import fish into the United Kingdom from outside of the EC in accordance with rules established by Council Directive 91/439/EC insofar as not yet implemented by the Food Safety (Fishery Products) Regulations 1992, and with rules of various specified Commission Directives. (16 regulations and 7 Schedules)
