Abstract

A trader or a processor, registered as a dealer in a designated commodity shall on a monthly basis provide to the Food Reserve Agency information regarding the stock of a designated commodity handled or held by the trader or processor during the period the period from 1 May 2004 to 30 April 2005. This information shall be provided in the forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
