Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food Reserve (Designated Commodities) (Standard of Conduct) Regulations by revoking regulation 3 and substituting a new regulation. The new regulation requires a trader or processor registered as a dealer in a designated commodity, to provide the Food Reserve Agency, on a monthly basis, with information regarding the stock of a designated commodity held by him or her during a prescribed period.
