Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 15 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, provide for the administration of the Food Act 2001 and for legal and administrative procedures related to the enforcement of the Act. The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code as defined in the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 of the Commonwealth is adopted for the purposes of the definition of Food Standards Code under the Act.
