The present Regulation comes into force on 1 April 2006.
Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the hygienic production and handling of food. Part 2 applies to commercial food establishments; Part 3 is dedicated to farmers’ markets; Part 4 concerns special events and temporary food establishments, and Part 5 deals with community organization functions. The text consists of 56 sections divided into 7 Parts.
