Abstract

This Order amends the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Scallops) (Irish Sea) Order 2004 (S.I. 2004/2040) to (a) prohibit both fishing for and taking scallops (art. 2(2)); and (b) revise the description of the designated area (art. 2(3)).
