Abstract

This Order prohibits the taking of fish in a designated marine area and prohibits the movement of fish out of that area in order to prevent human consumption of food which is or may be rendered unsuitable consumption because of the presence radioactive contaminated waste material. Other restrictions are imposed in relation to the use of any fish taken from the designated area. Fish in this Order means all species of fish and shellfish, including crustaceans and molluscs of any kind.
