The regulations contain at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as “catering vehicle”, “commercially sterile”,”dairy plant”, “food contact surface”, “hazardous food”, “manufactured meat product”, “milk”, “milk house”, “milking barn”, “milking parlour”, “mobile preparation premise”, “pre-packaged food”, “sanitary facility”,”sanitize”,”standard method”. The underlying idea is that a person shall not operate a food premises without a licence.
