Abstract These Regulations require premises used as food premises (defined) for the purposes of a food business (defined) for a specified period, to be registered with the Superintendent of Public Health. The food premises shall be used only in strict compliance with conditions of such registration or such licences as may be imposed by the Superintendent under regulation 3. The registration shall not exempt the owner to apply for and acquire the necessary licences and permits that may be required by any competent authority. " Food Business" means any commercial handling of food including import and export of food. Full text English
