Abstract These Regulations specify milk and milk products requirements to be satisfied in order to be put on the market. The Regulations lay down respective standards, defining the following milk and milk products, as set out in the Schedules attached to the text: "Milk Raw or Fresh"; "Standardised Milk"; "Toned Milk"; "Skimmed Milk"; "Pasteurised Milk"; "Sterilized Milk"; "Ultra-Heat Treated Milk" and "F1avoured Milk".
