Food Licences Regulations.

No person may carry on trade dealing with the manufacture, or preparation for sale for human consumption, of any article of food in any plant or manner indicated in the first part of the schedule attached, unless a licence has been issued by the Superintendent of Public Health. The schedule includes in particular dairy farms, meat processing plants, soft drink plants, pasta factories and flour mills.
