Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food Labelling Regulations 1996 in respect to Wales so as to add allergenic ingredients (including molluscs and products thereof) in Schedule AA1 and to amend provisions regarding defence in any proceedings for an offence under the principal Regulations in relation with the entry into force of these Regulations.
