Abstract

These Regulations revoke the Food (Jelly Mini-Cups) (Emergency Control) (Scotland) Regulations 2009. Those Regulations implemented Commission Decision 2004/374/EC, which has been repealed by Commission Directive 2010/69/EU amending the Annexes to European Parliament and Council Directive 95/2/EC on food additives other than colours and sweeteners.
