The Specifications shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Abstract

These Specifications are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and it’s implementing Regulation, aiming to regulate the food inspection. The Specifications consist of 43 articles divided into 7 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Sampling and Sample Management (II); Inspection (III); Testing Report (IV); Quality Control (V); Supervision and Administration (VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
