Abstract

These Regulations address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (as defined in section 8(2) and (3) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. They make amendments to subordinate legislation in the field of food composition, food labelling and food standards in relation to Scotland.
