Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food Hygiene (Wales) Regulations 2006 by updating the definitions of certain EU instruments that are referred to in those Regulations. In addition, these Regulations specify the form and size of the special health mark to be applied to meat derived from animals that have undergone emergency slaughter outside the slaughterhouse.
