Abstract This Act enacts the control of food quality, and prohibits the manufacturing, import, sale and distribution of adulterate food or contaminated foodstuffs. It gives the interpretation of food (art. 2), food additives (art. 3), food equipment (art. 5), and cleanser (art. 6). Chapter 2 provides for the administration for food sanity. Chapter 3 concerns the food labelling and advertising. Chapter 4 rules the sanity requirement for the food industry. Full text Chinese
