Abstract

These Regulations make provision for the execution and enforcement in Northern Ireland of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 953/2009 on substances that may be added for specific nutritional purposes in foods for particular nutritional uses. They provide penalties for contravention of the Commission Regulation and specify that each district council shall execute and enforce these Regulations within its district.
