Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substances Act in relation with, among other things: the furnishing by the Minister of official methods of examination or analysis; labelling and statements; prohibition of import or export that violates provisions of the Act; and procedure for taking samples and form of certificate of analysis.
