Abstract

These Regulations prescribe rules for the labelling of various types of food, including baby food and dietary food, and prescribe standards for the contents of such food (with particular regard to food additives) and for the preparation and processing of raw food, including marine and fresh water animal products, fruit, vegetables, cocoa, coffee, fat and oils, meat and milk products. Offences and penalties are prescribed.
