Abstract

These Regulations prescribe rules relative to hygienic conditions in the production, processing and handling of food, including the growing and harvesting of raw materials to be used in the preparation of food. Premises used for the preparation, handling, storage, etc. of food shall be licensed by the municipal health authority. Such premises shall be registered in accordance with these Regulations. Most of the required hygienic standards regard food premises and health of persons handling food.
