Regulation 8 declares the violation of hygienic standards set out in the Schedule to be an offence. The Schedule contains: (a) a form for the application for a licence to transport meat; (b) a form of a meat transport licence; (c) a form of a meat movement permit; (d) hygiene standards for the transport of meat; (d) general requirements of construction of container; (e) specific requirements for transport of meat; (f) licence and inspection fees for meat carriers.
