There are provisions regarding the appointment of officers and their duties and powers (sect. 2 and 3). Section 4 regards the possible prohibition or regulation of transport or removal of food and cattle by the relevant Minister. The Minister must issue an Order which must then be published in the Official Gazette. The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to the principles and provisions of this Act (sect. 6). Section 9 concerns offences and penalties relating to the provisions of this Act. Full text English
