Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the authorization and use of food colours. It contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as "colouring agents", "preparations", etc. Only colouring agents contained in the Annexes are authorized for use. However, labels must mention the use of the said substances. The Ordinance consists of 11 articles and 6 Annexes.
