Abstract These Regulations, consisting of four Parts and three Schedules, provide for bottled or packaged natural mineral water and bottled or packaged drinking water. The Regulations specify the following provisions: no person shall bottle or packaged Natural Mineral Water or Drinking Water; or import and distribute bottled or packaged Natural Mineral Water or Drinking Water without obtaining a Certificate of Registration in that behalf from the Chief Food Authority.
