Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 9 sections and two Schedules, regulate the use of antioxidants in food. The Regulations prohibit: the import, use or advertisement of any antioxidants other than antioxidants specified in Schedule I in food for human consumption; manufacture, import, sale, offer for sale, storage, distribution, transportation, use or advertisement of any food, which contains any antioxidant except as provided for in these Regulations.
