They shall apply only to flour, bread and cereals which are sold or intended to be sold in Zimbabwe. Regulation 4 contains rules regarding the labelling of food to which these Regulations apply. Regulations 5 to 11 provide standards for the various products to which the Regulations apply. Regulation 12 prescribes standards for Mycotoxin content. As a general rule, no person shall sell, import for sale or manufacture products that do not meet the standards prescribed. The Schedule sets out additional standards for flour and bread.
