Abstract

These Regulations prescribe that no manufacturer or distributor of, or dealer in, any article shall sell such article to a vendor unless he gives to the vendor a warranty in a form set out in the Schedule and applicable to such sale. “Article” in the Act means any food, drug, cosmetic or device and any labelling or advertising materials in respect thereof or anything used for the preparation, preservation, packing or storing of any food, drug, cosmetic or device.
