These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 2022.
Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 18 of the Food Act, no. 1 of 1998, amend the Food Regulations, 1999 by replacing some definitions concerning: packaging; date of expiration; storage; restrictions on import and export of altered or false labelled food; sterilised milk.
