Abstract

This Ordinance regulates the use of additives in foodstuffs. At the outset the Ordinance contains the definition of certain terms, such as, for example, "substances with antioxidant effect", "stabilisator", etc. The text consists of 8 articles and 7 Annexes listing additives to be used only for certain foodstuffs; additives of illimited use; purity criteria for additives; foodstuffs for which the use of additives is unauthorized, etc.
