Abstract

These Regulations prohibit the sale of manufactured, processed or repacked food that is unlabelled, prescribes rules for the labelling of food offered for sale to the public and grants powers to the Minister to exempt any food from compliance with any provisions of these Regulations. The rules of labelling concern declaration of specified information of labels, use of language and common name and the numbering of lots.
