Abstract

These Regulations introduce basic requirements regarding hygiene in food production and provide for some measures to control food poisoning and infection. The requirements concern hygiene in food plants and the health of persons involved in food production. Food poisoning shall be reported to the Director-General of Primary Health Care who may take prescribed measures in respect of poisoned food.
