All commercial hunting or exportation of flying foxes is prohibited. Private hunting of flying foxes is regulated by section 4. The Director of Marine and Wildlife Resources shall be responsible for the administration of this Chapter and shall monitor the stock of flying foxes and issue further Rules relative hunting of flying foxes.
