Abstract

These Regulations provide for the fluoridation of public water supplies by sanitary authorities on behalf of the Health Service Executive. They shall apply to all water supplied to the public by a sanitary authority through pipes. The Regulations specify the manner of fluoridation and provide for the testing of water.
