The Sanitary Authority may perform inspections as per regulation 4. Further are set out the conditions under which flour may be marketed, particularly as regards the composition of flour and the additives that may be used. Regulations 11 and 12 concern the composition and properties of bread. Regulations 16 to 18 apply to paste.
