Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Manitoba Floodway Authority Act (now entitled the Manitoba Floodway and East Side Road Authority Act). Section 2 establishes that for the for the purposes of the definition "floodway" in section 1 of the Act, the plans of survey listed in this section are the plans that set out the lands and structures comprising the Red River Floodway. The text consists of 2 sections.
