Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Flood-Water Control Act in relation with claims for compensation to be made under the Act. A claim for compensation in relation with waterworks for purposes of a floodwater control scheme shall be in Form A and shall be supported by all the evidence available to establish the legal ownership of the land in respect of which the claim is made.
