Abstract

These regulations lay down implementing measures for processing of flax and hemp provided for by the Council Directive No.1673/2000. Article 2 establishes that “Agrarmarkt Austria” (AMA) is responsible for the execution of this Ordinance. In the following the text deals with details of application procedures on behalf of processing plants. Article 10 specifies that entitled persons must allow access to their premises for inspection by competent authorities, i.e., the “Agrarmarkt Austria”, the Ministry for Agriculture and Forestry, and various bodies of the European Community. The text consists of 13 articles.
