Entry into force notes
The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2009.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Regulation is a proper, uniform and adequate use of state-owned fishing rights. In particular, the needs of professional fishermen shall be given more consideration. Furthermore, fishing shall be made accessible to a wider circle of the population. The text consists of 11 articles.
