Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to fish and fishing in all Manitoba waters. Section 3 establishes that no person may engage in fishing, fish farming, or hold a competitive fishing event without a licence issued under this regulation unless the minister issues to that person a licence or general fishing permit to authorize the fishing activities listed in this section. The text deals with the following matters: general licence requirements, recreational fishing, commercial fishing, gear identification, etc. The text consists of 18 sections.
