The Act enters into force on 15 December 2006.
Abstract

Purpose of the Act is to provide grants for development and promotion of fishing innovative approaches through pilot projects. The Fishing Funding Pool funds shall be granted to business entities that apply for subsidy of their projects' execution. Fishing projects subsidy apply to fishing equipment and planning.
