F-24). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to “scheduled harbours” which means any fishing or recreational harbour or portion thereof included in a schedule. Section 5 establishes that no lease or licence shall be for any term exceeding 20 years except with the approval of the Governor in Council. The text consists of 7 sections and 4 Schedules.
