The inner limit of the fishery zone is the outer limit of the territorial sea. The outer limit of the fishing zone will be defined by the limit which the other states will have agreed upon. Meanwhile, the fishery zone shall extend up to the median line, every point of which is equidistant from the nearest points on the baselines from which the breath of the territorial seas of each of the two States is measured. The limit of the fishery zone between the Dutch Antilles and Aruba extends to the limit which was established in 1985 when Aruba became an overseas territory of the Kingdom. Full text Dutch
