The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the granting of fishing permits and the levying of fishing charges. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Procedures for the issues of fishing permits (1); Levying of fishing charges (2); Competent authorities (3); Entry into force, repeal. Three Annexes are enclosed.
