Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1988.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Fishery Law in its version of 10 May 2004. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Fishing permits (I); Fishing examinations (II); Fishing charges (III); Practice of fishing rights (IV); Supervisions of fisheries (V); Penalties, transitional and final provisions (VI).
