These Regulations enter into force on 1 May 2012.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Southland and Sub-Antarctic Areas Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1991 by correcting the description of the internal waters of Fiordland and by providing that 20 is the maximum daily number of blue cod and 5 the maximum daily number of bluenose that may be taken within the Southland and Sub-Antarctic Fishery Management Areas.
