Abstract These Rules apply to the shellfish fishery. The Rules provide for shellfish fishery total allowable catch, opening and closing seasons for shellfish fishery, minimum size limits, limits on taking and possessing shellfish, fishing gear, offences, reporting, etc. The Rules set out provisions relating to the different classes of shellfish fishing licences as specified in the text.
